How the live PlayAtlas site uses browser cookies and server-side records, and what changes when you follow an external link.
Cookies on the live PlayAtlas site
PlayAtlas runs on WordPress. The current public reading pages do not intentionally load advertising or analytics trackers. Casino links lead to other websites, which apply their own cookie and privacy policies.
WordPress can use essential cookies when an editor signs in or uses the administration area. These are separate from the public reading experience. The contact form sends a message to the live site; it is not a local preview.
The contact form’s request token is included in the page, and its short-term anti-spam counter is stored on the server. Hosting and security logs are also server records rather than browser cookies. See the privacy policy for information about messages and technical data.
Storage and tracking currently in use
Public pages: no optional analytics or advertising technology was found in the site configuration checked on 15 October 2026.
WordPress administration: sign-in and settings cookies support access to the editor area. WordPress describes these in its cookie documentation.
Contact form: messages are stored privately on the server, and an IP-derived rate-limit key limits repeat submissions for one minute. This is not an advertising profile.
External sites: casinos and other linked services can set their own cookies after you leave PlayAtlas. Their policies and controls apply there.
If optional tracking is introduced, this page and any required visitor controls must be updated before it is enabled.

Managing cookies on your device
Browsers allow you to view, remove or block stored site data. Blocking strictly necessary storage can affect login or preference features on sites that use it. PlayAtlas's current public reading experience does not depend on an optional cookie choice.
Deleting PlayAtlas data does not delete a casino account or cookies set by another domain. Manage the external site separately through its own controls and your browser settings.

Does PlayAtlas use advertising cookies?
No. The current website does not set advertising cookies or create a behavioural advertising profile. If that position changes, the service, purpose, duration and visitor control will be documented before optional tracking is enabled.
Are cookies used to decide which casinos are sister sites?
No. Sister-site and network relationships come from editorial and operator records. Browser storage does not change the named relationships, casino card order, page ratings or the editorial verdict shown to a visitor.
Can an external casino set its own cookies?
Yes. After you follow an external casino link, the destination domain can apply its own necessary and optional technologies under its cookie and privacy terms. Manage those choices on the casino site or through your browser.
Will PlayAtlas add analytics later?
A live site may introduce privacy-conscious measurement if it has a clear editorial or operational purpose. Any implemented tool must be documented here and controlled in line with the applicable rules before it begins collecting optional data.
